Shipping & Returns

Order Shipping

All of our products are custom made, just for you, when your order is placed.  Therefore, please allow 4 days for manufacturing and 7-10 days for shipping.  We offer a flat $5 for domestic U.S. shipping and $10 for international delivery.  Please note, our shoelace selection is sourced from outside manufacturers; please allow 14-21 days for shoelace delivery from the order date.

Returns
 

Our policy covers a 30 day window after receipt of your items. We kindly ask that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Please email us at contact@kitandoliver.com for more information.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when the refund is processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Typically we process a refund within 1 day of receipt of your item.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at contact@kitandoliver.com. 

Exchanges  
We replace all footwear if they are defective or damaged or simply don't fit. If you prefer to exchange for the same item, send us an email at contact@kitandoliver.com so we can process the new order immediately and send your item to:

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
